You are about to start the build, please follow each step carefully.

Step 1.

Before you start building the toy, it is important to identify ALL the individual pieces in your pack 🛠️ 🏎️

You will receive everything you need to complete this team-building challenge in the Toy For Life tote bag.

Inside the tote bag you should have:
• 1 A4 plastic case with all the wooden components you will need to build your car
• 1 pencil case with tools and other essentials you will use to complete the session
• 1 sheet of bubble wrap you will use when repackaging your car, when it has been fully built

Let’s check you have all the different components needed to complete the car!

• Seat top
• Seat bottom
• Headlights
• Number plates (X2)
• Grill
• Steering Wheel
• Steering Wheel Insert
• Chassis Pieces (Numbered 1-6)
• Bonnet Top
• Bonnet Base
• Bonnet Lid
• Driving Wheel (X4)
• Driving Wheel Insert (X1)
• Spare Wheel
• Spare Wheel Insert
• Windshield
• Screws (S,M,L and XL)
• Pens
• Screwdriver
• Dedication Card
• Gift Tag

Using the images and the inventory list above, please ensure your team has all the individual items listed.

If you notice that your pack is missing something from the inventory list above, please request the missing item from a member of the team that is facilitating your event.

Now lets check the screws!

There will be four different sizes of screws in your pack:
4 X ‘XL’ sized screws
4 X ‘L’ sized screws
14 X ‘M’ sized screws
6 X ‘S’ sized screws

Use the below images and the screw inventory list to ensure you have the correct number of each size of screw.

The allen key provided will be used to tighten XL sized screws.

You will use the screwdriver to tighten all S,M and L sized screws.

After checking you have the correct number of screws in each size group, return them to the correct paper envelopes.

If you notice that anything is missing, please advise a member of the facilitating team.
